Roland has spent over 25 years as a marine technician and holds an unlimited 200-ton USCG Master Captain license. He started Accumar Marine Services with a straightforward approach: diagnose first, fix it right, don't come back for the same problem.
His background spans marine air conditioning, refrigeration, diesel and gas engines, hydraulic steering, sailboat rigging, electrical systems, and vessel operations. His work spans marine HVAC, electrical, rigging, pumps, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and the diagnostic process required to separate symptoms from root causes.
