What does each A/C maintenance visit include?
Every visit includes a full system performance check, refrigerant pressure and temperature verification, filter cleaning or replacement, raw water strainer cleaning, electrical and thermostat testing, evaporator and condenser coil inspection, pump and impeller check, and a written report with photos.
What's the difference between bi-monthly and quarterly?
Both plans include the same full service at $140 per visit. Bi-monthly (every 2 months, 6 visits/year) is best for boats used frequently or year-round. Quarterly (every 3 months, 4 visits/year) works well for seasonal boaters or snowbirds who use the boat less often.
What does the guarantee cover?
We guarantee your A/C will be working when you arrive at the boat. If a breakdown occurs between scheduled visits, you get priority service — no emergency call-out fees, no waiting behind non-members. We respond same-day or next-day.
Do you service all marine A/C brands?
Yes. We service Dometic, Marine Air, Webasto, Mermaid, Flagship, Condaria, Cruisair, and all other marine A/C brands. Our technicians are factory-trained and EPA certified.
Can I switch between bi-monthly and quarterly?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next service cycle.
