Yes. For larger approved projects, we may credit the initial service charge toward the final project total.

We provide quotes across all our core technical services, including marine air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical systems, batteries and charging, Victron systems, rigging, hydraulics, generators, pumps, marine electronics, watermakers, mechanical systems, and professional consultation and design.

Travel and mobilization charges are determined by geographic zones.

Our core service area is Southwest Florida from Marco to Sarasota. We also accept select projects in West Palm Beach, Fort Pierce, and Fort Lauderdale, which incur additional fees.

It is common for boats to reveal hidden issues once a project is underway. To keep things moving, you can choose between a "speed-focused" authorization path or an "approval-first" path.

Yes. To secure materials and reserve time on our technical schedule, our standard deposit structure is:

• 100% deposit on parts • 50% deposit on labor

Yes. Because these items are sourced specifically for your vessel, special-order and job-specific parts require 100% payment upfront.

Generally, no. We prefer to supply all parts and equipment directly. This allows us to guarantee compatibility, maintain high quality control, and provide reliable long-term support.

Due to the highly specialized nature of marine components and special-order items, we generally cannot accept returns.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash, personal and business checks, ACH bank transfers, and Zelle.
