Service around Marco Island

Every visit is scoped from the vessel, installed equipment, travel and safe access. Marina names do not imply a local ACCUMAR office or automatic permission to enter.

Marco Island is the south end of ACCUMAR's service range. The Fort Myers base is our base, and we provide mobile yacht-systems service at Marco Island Marina, the Esplanade, Factory Bay and private docks on the island's canals. We are mobile service from Fort Myers, so service starts with the vessel location, access details and the system problem.

On an 85-foot Pacific Mariner, we repaired the Naiad stabilizer display, replaced the starboard PTO clutch and diagnosed a breaker that kept tripping on the port clutch. We also worked on its chilled-air system and completed scheduled engine maintenance across two visits early this year.

Cooling and refrigeration work has included a Sea Frost refrigerator repair at Factory Bay, plus repairs to a cockpit freezer, fridge and helm ice maker on a sportfish. We have also serviced engine, gearbox and generator systems on a motor yacht at Marco Island Marina, diagnosed alternators, replaced motor mounts identified in a survey, and upgraded a bilge system with a replacement aft pump and an independently powered backup pump.

Sailors call too. ACCUMAR completed a rig inspection with a written report on a Fountaine-Pajot catamaran, removed and reinstalled a Tartan 34 mainsail for repair, and replaced the retraction gear on a boom dinghy lift. Most new non-urgent work is typically scheduled about 3-4 weeks out. Standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 8AM-6PM. Urgent requests are reviewed during business hours only.
