Sailboat Rigging, Chiller and Yacht Service in Naples

Most of ACCUMAR's Naples work has been on sailboats and charter boats around Naples Bay. We work at the Naples Sailing & Yacht Club, at Port of the Islands, and at docks around the bay. Naples is a straight run down I-75 from our Fort Myers base.

For a Naples charter sailboat, the supplied job records describe repeated rigging inspections and written reports supporting its Coast Guard inspection process, plus mast removal and reinstallation for repairs. This is technical inspection support, not Coast Guard approval or a substitute for the required authority or insurer inspection.

A Lagoon 450 at the sailing club has had ACCUMAR aboard for mast and deck work. Completed work included a boom topping lift, a damaged section of track, a jammed main, an untwisted halyard, and spreader and foredeck lights. We also aligned a Seldén electric in-mast furler on a 45-foot cruiser, replaced a B&G masthead unit on a Cherubini 44, and built and installed a solid laminated Douglas fir bowsprit.

On the power side, a 54-foot Aquila power catamaran in Naples runs a Webasto chiller system. ACCUMAR diagnosed chiller problems, completed a descaling flush and replaced a cockpit air-handler blower. At Port of the Islands, we mounted two Raymarine cameras on a mast and ran instrument wiring from the masthead down to the mast step. Most new non-urgent work is typically scheduled about 3-4 weeks out. Standard hours are Monday through Saturday, 8AM to 6PM.
